The fitness expos are full of companies who have just started up their product line and are presenting it to the general public.
    Often times, the supplement companies will tell you that their products will make you bigger, stronger, and faster just to get you to shell out some cash and buy their product.
    There are some supplement companies who do perform university-based studies to help them to improve their product line, but most do not. Other companies spend ridiculous amounts of money hiring individuals who do not use their product, but look good on the packaging or can be seen sitting in their expo both promoting the products.
    Don't be fooled by high-end marketing companies. Ask to see their research and look for the name of a university that performed the study. Do not accept marketing material that is loaded with falsified information and is often stamped with the word "advertisement" located at the bottom or the top of the page.
    Always consider that a large amount of money is spent promoting any supplementation available on the market. No one is putting out billions of dollars in advertising to promote eating real food.     These simple rules will help to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Consider that most people eat poorly due to the fact that they don't know how to cook foods in a low fat, yet tasteful way.
